LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN

Send letters to President Trump, Senate Majority Leader McConnell, Speaker of the House Pelosi, your House Representative, and your Senators, telling them that we want our United States Postal Service to be funded. We must protect this essential service, which delivers millions of prescriptions and other goods every day that Americans need to stay safe and healthy.

Print our letter, sign it, put it in an envelope, and stamp it! If we can collectively send thousands of physical letters to our government leaders, we can show them that the American people want them to fund our US Postal Service.

On this Worldwide Day of Action for Climate Justice, we are joining in with a new letter about Climate Change.

United We Stamp is causing a #greenSTAMPede as a way to march from home. If we can't physically go to Washington DC or to our state capitols, we can do it through our Post Office. Sending our voices to the President, to Congress, and to our Governors, demanding good environmental policies and climate justice for all.

Our country is in a perilous time, we are more fractured than ever, and we are in a divisive election that to many is a battle for the soul of our nation.

So it was with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She was a respected member of the Supreme Court of the United States, a champion of gender equality, and a hero to millions.

And it was with great dismay that we learned that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell plans to rush a confirmation hearing of her replacement before the election, as this would only further divide our great nation. As Senator McConnell himself said in 2016, we must allow the American people's voice to be heard by waiting for the results from Election Day.

Please join us by sending our letter to him and other Senators, asking them to heed their own counsel, and delay the confirmation process until we've heard from all Americans and have seated the next President.

Our streets are filled with nonviolent protesters, however not all of us can be on the front lines of this cause. Some of us are not in cities, or have essential jobs, or must stay home to protect ourselves from COVID-19.

United We Stamp is causing a #justiceSTAMPede as a way to march from home. If we can't physically go to Washington DC or to our state capitols, we can do it through our Post Office. Sending our voices to the President or our Governors, demanding justice for George Floyd and equality for all.

We must continue to fight for the unalienable rights laid out in our Declaration of Independence: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. We must also fight for our means to protect those rights: our right to VOTE.

United We Stamp is causing a #voterSTAMPede as a way to send letters to President Trump and other government leaders, demanding that we end voter suppression, so that all American's voices can be heard.
